PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KEMAMPUAN DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP PRESTASI KERJA KARYAWAN PT. ANDALAS AGRO INDUSTRI ( AAI ) KECAMATAN KINALI KABUPATEN PASAMAN BARAT
Companies need a human resources who can work optimally in achieving the company's goals. The company's efforts PT. AAI informing qualified employees and has a forte in competition is performance. Job performance is an important determinant in the determination ofindividual performance.
With their high motivation will improve employee performance, motivation addition to the intellectual abilities of employees in the work is in need to achieve good performance.
The study, entitled "Effect of motivation, ability and Job Performance Working Environment against employees at PT AAI (Andalas Agro-Industrial) district. Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat "is aimed umtuk know whether Motivation, Ability and Working Environment influence simultaneously andpartially on Job Performance ofemployees at PT. AAI (Andalas Agro-Industrial) district. Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat. Sampling with saturated sampling technique or sensusadalah sampling technique when all the population is used as a sample. Therefore, the sample in this study is the whole ofthe population of 99 samples of employees in PT.AAI (Andalas Agro Industries) excl. Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat. Data analysis techniques using SPSS software and hypothesis testing using test validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, regression analysis andftest, t test.
These results indicate that the "motivation significant positive effect on employees' performance on PTAAI (Andalas Agro-Industrial) district. Kinali Kab. Pasaman West "a significance value of 6.790 and 0.000 (<0.05), " Kemampuan berpengaruh positively significant to employees at the Job Performance PTAAI (Andalas AgroIndustrial) district. Kinali Kab. Pasaman West "a significance value of 3.579 and 0.001 (<0.05). And "Work environment is not significant positive effect on employees at the Job Performance PTAAI (Andalas Agro-Industrial) district. Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat "by -1.517 and significance value of 0.132 (S 0.05). When tested simultaneously, all three of these variables are positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. SBS Kinali Kab. Pasaman Barat.
