Penelitian ini dilakukan pada satpol PP dan kebakaran, dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Sarana prasarana berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai satpol PP dan kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai satpol PP dan kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat, Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini di tetapkan sesuai pendapat Sugiyono (2014) yaitu ukuiran sampel yang layak dalam suatu penelitian adalah 30. Karena jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, penelitian ini terdiri dari 33 responden. Pengujian hipotesis digunakan dengan regresi berganda hasil sarana prasarana berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 0,707 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Motivasi berpangruh positifdan signifikan dengan nilai 0,470 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001<0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 68% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, implikasi dari hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai satpol PP dan kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat, dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan sarana prasarana dan motivasi. The population of this study are all Civil Service Police and Fire Fighting Unit West Pasaman employees. The number of samples in this study is determined according to Sugiyono's opinion (2014), namely the feasibility of sampling in a study is 30. Because the population is below 100 people, the entire population is sampled. This study consisted of 33 respondents. Hypothesis testing is used with multiple regression results of infrastructure has positive and significant impact with value of 0.707 and significant rate 0.000 <0.05. Motivation has positive and significant impact on Employee performancewith the value of 0.470 and significant rate 0.001 <0.05. The determination coefficient value is 68% while the remaining 32% is affected by other factors.The implication of this study is to improve the performance of Civil Service Police and Fire Fighting Unit West Pasaman, can be done by improving infrastructure and motivation.
