Penelitian ini dilakukan pada satpol PP dan pemadam kebakaran, dan tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah fasilitas berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai satpol PP dan pemadam kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai satpol PP dan pemadam kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat, Jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini ditetapkan sesuai pendapat Sugiyono, (2014) yaitu ukuran sampel yang layak dalam suatu penelitian adalah 30. Karena jumlah populasi dibawah 100 orang maka seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, penelitian ini terdiri dari 35 responden. Pengujian hipotesis digunakan dengan regresi berganda hasil fasilitas berpengaruh yang tidak signifikan dengan nilai 0,018 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Keselamatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan nilai 1,405 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000<0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 86,7% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 13,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya, seperti: pengawasan (Supervisi), Komunikasi dan lain-lainnya. Implikasi dari hasil adalah untuk meningkatkan kepuasan kerja pegawai satpol PP Dan pemadam kebakaran kabupaten pasaman barat, dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan fasilitas dan keselamatan kerja. Kata kunci : kepuasan kerja, fasilitas, keselamatan kerja This research was conducted on Pasaman Barat Public Order Police Squad (Satpol PP) and Fire Fightings Department, and the purpose of this study was to determine the impact offacilities on job satisfaction of Pasaman Barat Public Order Police Squad (Satpol PP) and Fire Fightings Department. The population of this study were all employees ofPasaman Barat Public Order Police Squad (Satpol PP) and Fire Fightings Department. The number ofsamples in this study was determined according to Sugiyono's opinion, (2014), namely the appropriate sample size in a study was 30. Because the population was below 100 people, the entire population was sampled. , this study consisted of35 respondents. Hypothesis testing is used with multiple regression, the results showfacility has insignificant impact on job satisfaction with value of 0.018 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. Work safety has a positive and significant effect with value of 1.405 and significant rate of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination is 86.7%, while the remaining 13.3% is influenced by other factors, such as: supervision (supervision), communication and others. The implication of the results is to improve job satisfaction of Public Order Police Squad and firefighters in Pasaman Barat, it can be done by improving workfacilities and safety.
