Abstrak ini merangkum penclitian mengenai pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) pengaruh selfefficacy terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto (2) Pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto (3) pengaruh self efficacy dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT.Anam Koto. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Anam Koto scbanyak 97 orang. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel ini penulis menggunakan Teknik sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Pengukuran variable menggunakan skala likert. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan bersifat Asosiasif. Dan dijelaskan variabel self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto dengan koefisieen regresi 0,817 dengan nilai signifikan 0,416(> 0,05). Variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto dengan koefisieen regresi sebesar 0.439, niali t sebesar 3.539 dengan nilai signifikan 0.001(<0.05). Variabel independen secara bersama berpengaruh positi dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Anam Koto nilai uji F sebesar 21.324 dan signifikan sebesar 0.000b. Nilai Koefisien determinasi menunjukan 31,2% dan sisanya 67,9% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam pengujian ini.

This abstract summarizes a study on the influence of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Anam Koto. The objectives of this research are to determine: (1) the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Anam Koto;(2) the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Anam Koto;and (3) the combined effect of self-efficacy and work motivation on employee performance at PT.Anam Koto. The population in this study consisted of all employees of PT. Anam Koto, totaling 97 individuals. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique, in which all members of the population are used as the sample. The measurement of variables employed a Likert scale. This research is a quantitative and associative study. The resultsshow that the self-efficacy variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance at PT. Anam Koto, with a regression coefficient of 0.817 and a significance value of 0.416 (>0.05).The work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance,with a regression coefficient of 0.439, a t-value of 3.539, and a significance level of 0.001(<0.05).Simultaneously, the independent variables (self-efficacy and work motivation)have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT.Anam Koto,with an F-test value of 21.324 and a significance level of 0.000b. The coefficient of determination (R2) indicates that 31.2% of the variance in employee performance is explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 67.9% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.
