Penclitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. (2) Pengaruh Konflik Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. (3) Pengaruh kerjasama tim dan Konflik Kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Sampelnya adalah seluruh Pegawai Negeri Sipil dan PPPK Dinas Perkebunan dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 37 orang pegawai. Cara pengambilan sampeI yang digunakan dalam penelitianini menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa : (1)Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Kerjasama Tim Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan nilai sebesar 2,518 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,017 (<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan variabel Konflik Kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat dengan nilai 4,164 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000(<0,05). Dengan nilai uji F sebesar 24,357 dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000. Maka kerjasama tim dan Konflik Kerja secara simuItan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perkebunan Dan Peternakan Kabupaten Pasaman Barat. Nilai koefisien determinasi 0,565. artinya besarnya kontribusi semua variabel independen yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah 56,5%. Dan sisanya sebesar 43,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

This study aims to determine (1) the effect of teamwork on the performance of employees of the Pasaman Barat Regency Plantation and Livestock Service. (2) The effect of workplace conflict on the performance of employees of the Pasaman Barat Regency Plantation and Livestock Service.(3)The simultaneous effect of teamwork and workplace conflict on the performance of employees of the Pasaman Barat Regency Plantation and Livestock Service.The sample consists of all civil servants and PPPK employees of the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Pasaman Barat District, totaling 37 employees. The sampling method used in this study employs total sampling technique. The results of the study found that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence of the teamwork variable on the performance of employees of the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Pasaman Barat Regency with a value of 2.518 and a significance value of 0.017 (< 0.05). There is a positive and significant influence of the work conflict variable on the performance of employees at the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Pasaman Barat Regency, with a value of 4.164 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). The F-test value is 24.357 with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, teamwork and workplace conflict simultaneously influence the performance of employees at the Agriculture and Livestock Service of Pasaman Barat District. The coefficient of determination is 0.565,meaning that the contribution of all independent variables studied in this research is 56.5%.The remaining 43.5% is attributed to other factors.
