Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kerjasama tim dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional IV Kebun Ophir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif.Penelitian ini di lakukan di PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional IV. Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan mulai dari Februari sampai Juni 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV yang bekerja di bagian kantor dengan sampel berjumlah 43 orang. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa 1). Kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,000 (<0,05) 2). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai sebesar 0,001 (<0,05) 3). Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan kerjasma tim dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV dengan nilai F sebesar 29.376 dan nilai signifikan 0,000(<0,05).Koefisien determinasi untuk variabel bebasnya dilihat dari angka R square adalah 0,595. Artinya besarnya kontribusi pengaruh variabel- variabel independen terhadap variavel dependen adalah 59,5% sisanya 40,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteleti oleh peneliti

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of teamwork and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara Plantation IV Regional IV Ophir Plantation. This research is an associative research. This research was conducted at PT. Nusantara IV Regional IV Plantation. The research period is carried out from February to June 2024. The population of this study is employees of PT.Perkebunan Nusantara IV who works in the office with a sample of 43 people. The results of the study show that 1). Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.000 (<0.05) 2).Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a value of 0.001 (<0.05)3). There is a positive and significant influence of teamwork and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Nusantara IV Plantation with an F value of 29,376 and a significant value of 0.000(<0.05).The determination coefficient for the independent variable seen from the R square number is 0.595. This means that the contribution of the influence of independent variables to the dependent variables is 59.5%, the remaining 40.5% is influenced by other variables that are not monitored by the researcher
