Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis : Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Reward dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan di PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan di PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari di Pasaman Barat yang berjumlah 35 orang karyawan. Cara penarikan sample secara non probability sampling adalah sampling jenuh sebanyak 35 sampel. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa:Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan tidak signifikan variabel Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0.236(> 0,05). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan Reward terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0.033(< 0,05). Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 (<0,05). Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan antara variable Kepemimpinan,Reward dan Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas Kerja dengan nilai F sebesar 40,093 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000(<0,05). Koefisien determinasi untuk variabel bebasnya dilihat dari angka R Square adalah 0,755 atau 79.5%. Artinya, besarnya kontribusi pengaruh variabel-variabel indepen terhadap variabel dependen adalah sebesar 79.5% sisanya sebesar 20.5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti. The population in this study were employees at PT BPR Swadaya Anak Nagari in West Pasaman, totaling 35 employees. The method for drawing samples using non-probability sampling is saturated sampling with 35 samples. The research results found that: There is a positive and insignificant influence of the Leadership variable on Work Productivity with a significance value of 0.236 (>0.05). There is a significant influence of Rewards on Work Productivity with a significance value of 0.033(<0.05).. There is a significant influence of the Motivation variable on Work Productivity with a significance value of 0.000(<0.05). There is a significant simultaneous influence between the Leadership,Reward and Motivation variables on Work Productivity with an F value of 40.093and a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05). The coefficient of determination for the independent variable seen from the R Square figure is 0.755 or 79.5%. This means that the contribution of the independent variables to the dependent variable is 79.5%, the remaining 20.5% is influenced by other variables not examined by the researcher..
