Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan transportasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2018-2019. Sedangkan penentuan sampelnya menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan menggunakan kriteria tertentu, sampel penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 66 sampel. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan masing-masing rasio keuangan, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan Metode Estimasi Model Regresi Panel, Uji t, Uji f dan Koefisien Determinasi. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham dengan nilai probabilitas 0.8190 > 0.05 dimana koefisien (ß) sebesar 34.76809, kemudian Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. Diamana Ukuran Perusahaan memiliki nilai probabilitas 0.0574 > 0.5 dimana koefisien (ß) sebesar 81.71036. Nilai koefisien determinasi hanya sebesar 3.07% dan sisanya 96.93% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dianalisis dalam model peneletian ini. Meanwhile the determination of the sample used purposive sampling technique using certain criteria, the sample of this study was 66 samples. The data collected were analyzed by each financial ratio, then processed using the Estimation Method of the Panel Regression Model, t-test, ftest and the Coefficient of Determination. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that Return on Assets has a positive effect and insignificant on stock prices with a probability value of 0.8190 > 0.05 where the coefficient (ß) is 34,76809, then firm size has a positive effect and insignificant on stock prices. Where Firm Size has a probability value of 0.0574 > 0.5 where the coefficient (ß) is 81.71036. The value of the coefficient of determination is only 3.07% and the remaining 96.93% is influenced by other variables that are not analyzed in this research model.
