Mahasiswa yang memiliki loyalitas tinggi merupakan asset perguruan tinggi karena akan memberikan rekomendasi yang positif dan mendorong teman, saudara maupun masyarakat lain yang menentukan pilihan dan menggunakan jasa pendidikan yang telah dialaminya. Tujuan dari peneliti ini adalah 1. untuk mngetahui bagaimana pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa di STIE Pasaman.2. Untuk bagaimana pengaruh kepuasan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa STIE Pasaman.3. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh keprcayaan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas mahasiswa STIE Pasaman. Pengambilan sampel digunakan sampel probabilitas dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, dimana jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 85 orang, hasil anilisis regresi linear berganda dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa varabel kepercayaan dan kepuasan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karena memiliki nilai signifikan lebih kecil konstanta = 0,05. Berdasarkan pengaruh secara bersama - sama antara kepercayaan dan kepuasan terhadap loyalitas pada mahasiswa STIE Pasaman adalah 59,3% (R2=0,610). Berarti 39 % dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini.

The purpose of this research is (1) To know how influence of trust toward student loyalty in STIE Pasaman, (2) to know how influence of satisfaction to student loyalty in STIE Pasaman, (3) To know how the influence of trust and satisfaction on student loyalty in STIE Pasaman. Sampling is used Probability Sampling by using slovin formula, where the sample amount is 85 people. The result of multiple linear regression analysis can be interpreted that the variable of trust, and satisfaction have positive and significant effect on loyalty because it has significant value less than α = 0,05. Based on the joint influence between the trust, and satisfaction on the loyalty of STIE Pasaman students is 59.3% (R2 = 0.610). Means 39% influenced by other variables not included in this study.
