Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior ( OCB ) Pada PT. Permata Hijau Pasaman ( PHP ) 1
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Motivasi dan Kompensasi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) karyawan pada PT. Permata Hijau Pasaman (PHP) I dengan populasi 38 orang, pengukuran variabel ini menggunakan skala likert, penelitian ini termasuk kedalam penelitian bersifat asosiatif. Hasil analisa dengan regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT. Permata Hijau Pasaman (PHP) I dengan koefisien regresi 0,430 dengan nilai signifikan 0,670 dan Kompensasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 3,520 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,001
Secara simultan Motivasi Dan Kompensasi bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB dengan nilai F 6,479 dan nilai signifikan F 0,004, dan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,270 dan nilai kontribusi (R2) sebesar 27,00% dan sisanya 73,00% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.
