Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pendidikan, Pelatihan, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pada Sekretariat Pegawai Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Jenis penelitian asosiatif ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, dan teknik pengambilan sampel dipilih dengan total sampling yang melibatkan 63 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, analisis regresi, dan pengujian hipotesis. Koefisien determinasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 50,8 persen, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,2 persen dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Oleh karena itu, variabel Pendidikan, Pelatihan dan Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai di Sekretariat Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM Republik Indonesia. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Pelatihan, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja This study aims to determine the Effect of Training Education, and Work Environment on Performance at the Secretariat of Employees of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia. This type of associative research uses a quantitative approach, and the sampling technique is selected with a total sampling involving 63 respondents. Data analysis used validity and reliability tests, regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The coefficient of determination contributed 50.8 percent, while other factors influenced the remaining 49.2 percent. Therefore, the variables of Training Education and Work Environment have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Secretariat of the Ministry of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Republic of Indonesia.
