Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan sipil, Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengałuh Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja pegawai, (2) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, (3) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompetensi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Populasia adalah seluruh pegawai Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan sipil yang berjumlah 62 orang. Karena populasinya dibawah 100 orang maka pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sensus artinya seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel, maka jumlah sampel 62 orang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS For Windows release 16.00. Hasil penelitian ini manunjukan adanya hubungan antara variable independen terhadap variable dependen. Dan dijelaskan bahwa: (l) Variabel Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Kependudukan Dan Pencatatan sipil, dengan koefisien regresi 0,787 dengan nilaii signifikan 0,000 (<0,05), (2) Variabel Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pegawai dengan nilai koefisien regresi -0,243 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (>0,05), (3) Variabel independen secara bersamaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pegawai dengan nilai f 61.052 dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 (<0,05). Nilai R2 menunjukan 67,4% dan Yang sisanya sebesar 32,6% dipengaruhi oleh variable lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalarn penelitian ini. Because the population is below 100 people, the sampling using the census method means that the entire population is sampled, so the number ofsamples is 62 people. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression using SPSS For Windows release 16.00. The results of [his study indicate Ihai lhere is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. And it is explained that: (1) Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Office ofPopulation and Civil Registration with a regression coefficient of O. 787 with a significant value of 0.000 (<0.05), (2) Competence Variables have a significant effect on Employee Performance. employees with a regression coefficient Of-0.243 with a significant value of 0.000 (>0.05), (3) The independent variables simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an f value of 61.052 with a significanl value of 0.000 (<0.05).
